Ragged Point is located 15 miles north of San Simeon and 15 miles south of Jade Cove along Highway 1. Its a beautiful, rugged beach that we had all to ourselves. There is a lot to explore and we found some really nice pieces of jade and driftwood. We also saw a California Condor.

ReplyDeleteBeware of condors, they will swoop down and pick up. It is best to carry heavy pieces of jade to weight you down.
